Statement of Requirements and Standards for Tuition Enrollment Program (TEP) Administrative Guidelines
The Ocean Springs School District (OSSD) Board of Trustees (BOT) has determined to admit to its high school on a tuition basis a defined number of qualified nonresident students interested in pursuing a rigorous course of study prerequisite to admission to the OSSD Advanced Placement (AP) Capstone Program or the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program. OSSD has established the following eligibility requirements or criteria in determining whether to admit a nonresident Tuition Enrollment Program (TEP) student to be eligible to apply in their eighth, ninth, or tenth-grade year for admission to the district's AP Capstone Program or the IB Diploma Program. The student must successfully complete the classes and the required assessments associated with each diploma track.
REQUIREMENTS
Students must maintain adequate progress towards achieving the AP Capstone Diploma or the IB Diploma track. This includes achieving the necessary qualifying score on specific exams as well as meeting submission deadlines for all AP Capstone Program and IB diploma requirements.
