Shad Hall Named OSSD's Student of the Month for April

OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss (OSSD) -- Congratulations to Ocean Springs High School's Shad Hall on being named OSSD's Student of the Month for April 2023. According to his teachers and administrators, Shad is "the true definition of 'OS Greatness' and is an exemplary student in our district."

Shad not only shines academically, where he is an AP Capstone candidate, a National Merit Finalist, and one of the few with a perfect 36 ACT score, but he also shines through his leadership, community service, and activities. Shad serves as co-president of Greyhounds for Christ, a U.S. Presidential Scholar nominee, and an OSHS Greyhound Ambassador.

Upon graduation, Shad plans to attend Texas A&M, where he will study Aerospace Engineering and will enter college as a sophomore due to the number of college credits he has already earned at OSHS.
