OSSD Temporarily Restricting Visitor Access

OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss -- Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases among our students, faculty, and community, OSSD will be temporarily restricting visitor access to our schools during normal hours beginning Monday, January 10th. This is a necessary precaution to protect our students and staff, which remains our #1 priority.

All meetings and conferences will be held virtually via zoom and/or by telephone. Attendance at after school athletic events and extracurricular activities will not be impacted.

OSSD plans to reevaluate this restriction at the end of the month (Jan 31st). We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

We have also updated our COVID-19 protocols for students to be congruent with the updated recommendations from the CDC & MSDH regarding the length of quarantining.
