OSSD Names Marshall Riff for Chief of Campus Police

OSSD Names Marshall Riff for Chief of Campus Police
Officer Marshall Riff has been named OSSD’s Chief of Campus Police, effective April 1st! Riff joins the district after working for the City of Ocean Springs Police Department since 2019, holding roles as Patrolman, Traffic Patrolman, Sergeant, and Lieutenant.
Prior to OSPD, Riff spent 20 years in the United States Coast Guard, earning the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer. While on active duty with the Coast Guard, he also worked as a Reserve Deputy for the Harrison County Sheriff's Department for 5 years.
Riff and his wife, Kelly, have three children that attend OSSD; Brooklynne, Ava, and Micah. Welcome, Chief Riff!
