Online returning student registration will be held from May4th-May15th. Please prepare by doing the following
1-Locate 2 proofs of residency that meet the requirements (see the list below)
*Filed Homestead Exemption Application form
*Mortgage documents or property deed
*Apartment or home lease
*Utility bills (Gas, Electric, Water or Cable) No phone bills accepted. Must be current within 30 days of verification date.
*Homeowners or Flood Insurance dated within 12 months
*Government Documents to include: Medicaid/Medicare, SNAP/TANF, WIC, Social Security or
CPS documents. Document Must have the address of student and dated within 12 months.
*Driver's license. Must have the address of student.
*** In the case of a student living with a legal guardian who is a bona fide resident of the school district
A Certified copy of filed petition for guardianship
2-Collect phone numbers and email addresses for parents, gaurdians and all emergency contacts. Save them to a file to copy from.
3-Check to make sure that you can log in to the Parent Portal.
4-If you have trouble logging in and you can't recover your password to the Parent Portal, please call you students school and leave a message with your students name and grade level. The schools Student Data Specialist will contact you with your login information.
