***New Student Registration Procedure***

1. Documents Needed for Enrollment
You are required to bring ALL necessary documents on the day of Enrollment.  Please note enrollment documents required on the document below
High School students must bring a current Transcript from their last School.
Elementary students - view Map of Elementary School Zones to determine your school.

2. Submit New Student Information Online 
Entering this information online before you arrive for Enrollment will make your enrollment process much faster however student will not be enrolled until you bring required documents to the school registrar.

3. Additional Required Forms for Registration
These forms can be printed, completed and brought to the Registrar on the day of Enrollment or completed at the school on the day of Enrollment.

Petition to Transfer student to Another School District (Optional)
This form is only for students residing within the boundaries of Ocean Springs School District but attending another school district.    Document below -Petition to Transfer to Another School District form
Petition for Enrollment of Out-of-District student When Parent is Employee
This form is to be used for annual enrollment/re-registration for students whose parents are instructional employees of OSSD that live outside the district.   Document below-Petition for Enrollment of Out-of-District student When Parent is Employee

Kindergarten Registration 

Register at the Elementary School for the zone in which you reside.
If you are unsure which elementary school zone you live in, you can call any of the elementary schools with your address.
Tuition Enrollment Program (TEP)

The Board of Education of Ocean Springs School District (OSSD) has determined to admit to its high school on a tuition basis a defined number of qualified nonresident students interested in pursuing a rigorous course of study prerequisite to admission to the OSSD International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) or the Advanced Placement Capstone Program. The District has established the following eligibility requirements or criteria in determining whether to admit a nonresident Tuition Enrollment Program (TEP) student to be eligible to apply in a student’s freshman year (or sophomore year if openings are available) for admission to the District's International Baccalaureate  (IB) Diploma Program or the Advanced Placement Capstone.  Please see the policy and the documents below for information or call 228-875-0333 if you have more questions.
